To access certain features of our Services, including purchasing items from our Willow Grace Marketplace or participating in the Online Christian Community Group, you will need to register an account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3. Subscription to Community Services

Our Online Christian community Group requires a subscription for access to certain content, forums, or discussions. Subscriptions are subject to the following:

Subscription Fees: You agree to pay the subscription fees as specified during the registration or checkout process. These fees may be charged on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.).
Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Subscription Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You will be notified of any changes in the subscription fee or renewal terms.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at willowgracecoaching@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Marketplace Terms

Our online marketplace allows users to buy and sell products. By using the marketplace, you agree to:

Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability of their products. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of listings.
Purchasing: When making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or shipping fees. You are responsible for reviewing the seller's terms of sale and product details before completing the transaction.
Payments: All transactions on the marketplace are processed through our payment platform or third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of the payment processors.
Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, we encourage you to resolve it directly. If necessary, we may intervene or mediate at our discretion, but we are not responsible for resolving such disputes.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you post, share, or upload to our Services, including product listings, community posts, and discussions. By submitting content to our platform, you:

Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.
Represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Community Conduct

In our Online Christian Community, we expect all members to conduct themselves respectfully and in alignment with Christian values.

Post or engage in any discriminatory, offensive, or harmful behavior.
Engage in harassment or hate speech.
Use our platform for illegal or inappropriate purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these community standards or our Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our Services:

Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
Distributing harmful or malicious software or attempting to disrupt or interfere with our platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with our Services, including our website and marketplace, are the property of Willow Grace Life Coaching or our licensors.
