Life Coaching

Willow Grace Life Coaching began August of 2023, after owner Josie McAdams decided that she was called to something different than her career in the pharmaceutical industry. In November of 2022, Josie and her husband Cole lost their son Casey shortly after birth. Josie and Cole (husband) had given their lives to the Lord shorty before finding out they were pregnant with Casey. This trial was confirmation for Josie that her calling was more her Worldly job that used to be her identity. Josie started a non-profit called Casey's Cause in her son's memory  then completed Christian Life Coaching training through the Center for Christian Life Coaching and started Willow Grace Life Coaching.

The name Willow Grace woke Josie up in the middle of the night while she was still pregnant with Casey. She knew the name was important and was prompted to pray for Willow Grace but didn't know why until much later when she trying to come up with a business name. In August of 2023, Josie began her Life Coaching business on the side focusing on Wellness and Christian Life Coaching. But a few months later, Josie decided that she was being called home to homeschool and then took a step back to pour into her children.

There was uncertainty of what the Lord wanted to do with Josie's Life Coaching training. Was it for Casey's Cause to help mother's who have lost children like Josie? Or for Willow Grace Life Coaching? But Praise the Lord that God is not a God of waste. The Lord will use it for both. From the beginning, the Lord had shown Josie a vision of a Willow Tree by a river and the scripture Psalms 1:1-3. "Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by the streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither - whatever they do prospers." What a vision of the importance of being grounded in the Lord.

As you can tell from now, Willow Grace Life Coaching has evolved! With home being Josie's primary focus, the Lord has given her a vision of a new way to help others grow in the Lord while not taking time away from her Children. Home should always be our first ministry.
